When you have feelings of missing someone, it can be difficult to put those feelings into words. These examples will help you find your voice. Read these and then add specific things that you miss about the person.

1. I'm tired of missing you. There's no remedy to fix the void I feel in my heart.
2. I miss your look, your voice, your touch, your smell, and your taste.
3. When you’re not around I feel like a ship without a sail. The breeze blows when you call, but I don’t feel like I get anywhere.
4. Ever since I moved, I’ve been thinking about you. I thought I would be able to move my mind away from you, but my mind has stayed with you.
5. I’m sending you this card mainly for myself to help me get my thoughts out and express my feelings. I’ve been missing you a lot lately.

Missing You Sayings

Here are some examples of sayings and wording you can use to write a message in a missing you card. A note or card can help you pass the time that you have to be apart. Keep your long distance relationship in good shape by writing a message to demonstrate and convey your feelings about having to be apart from your special someone.

1. To miss someone is to love them even in their absence.
2. Missing you is an involuntary response that happens every time you leave me.
3. “I am missing you” is only one letter off of “I am kissing you,” but there is a huge difference in the meaning of the two.  I would definitely rather be kissing you than missing you.
4. Cupid didn’t miss when he shot my heart the first time I saw you, but my heart has missed you since we’ve been apart. (missing you Valentine’s Day message)
5. I never imagined that it would be this difficult to be away from you. Missing you is one of the most awful feelings I have ever had, but it will make seeing you all the more amazing. I am counting down the days until we are together again.
6. No matter how many times you go, I always miss you the second I see you drive away. Our long distance relationship doesn’t seem to get any easier the more I fall in love with you.
