Tips for Writing Wedding Invitations:

  • Usually the parents of the bride send out the invitations and the wording comes from their perspective, such as “___ and ___ would like to invite you…”
  • Be thorough when you tell when and where the wedding will be. 
  • Ask for an R.S.V.P if you need to know how many will attend. 
  • Write out the full date and time in WORDS not numbers. 
  • Mention whether you want little kids to attend. Include Registry info.
